SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
The order is shipped within 1-4 working days. If it takes more time to sew and send the order, we will personally inform the client about the delivery time. Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service. You can check the status of your order by track number on the Nova Poshta website: novaposhta.ua. Time in transit: 1-3 business days.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship abroad by Ukrposhta or Meest Express. The order is sent to the national post office of the relevant city and country or address delivery. When sending an order abroad, the order is paid for 100% in advance, including delivery. The cost of delivery is calculated according to Ukrposhta or Meest Express tariffs. Also, the receiving country may charge a tax for the parcel.
Important: We do not deliver to russia and belarus.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days after delivery.
Exchange and return is carried out if:

the product has not been used, its product type, consumer properties have been preserved, the product has no signs of use (the product is in the same condition as at the time of handing over to the buyer)
-
the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the brand packaging is not violated, all labels, protective filling, protective films are fully preserved, factory markings are preserved;
-
the product does not contain scratches, chips, wear, is completely intact (serviceable);
-
the full completeness of the product is preserved;
The return shipping is paid by the client in all cases except for manufacturing defects.

The refund transaction can take up to 7 working days.
Goods supplied in a set must also be returned. In case of non-fulfillment of the specified terms
of exchange and return, the product will be returned to the buyer.
Please note that the bodysuit is a type of underwear and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.
